Everything you need to know about Account Settings when it comes to Volt User profiles.
Step-by-step instructions

Navigate to the top right of your Volt account.

Click on "Account Settings".

From there, hit the "Users" tab.

In the upper right-hand corner, you will see a button titled "Create a New User".

Click this button and create your new user profile. Be sure to read below so you can understand the different types of users and their permissions.
Types of Users and their permission levels
- Super-User - Has all permissions, including billing and number management. This is the same level of permissions as the person who started the account.
- Organization Admin - Has all permissions except for billing and number management. This could be a team lead. Who needs to add or remove users.
- Account Admin - Has all the permissions for a given phone number. Does not come with Organization level permissions. For example, this user can upload contacts but cannot add new users or phone numbers.
- Responder - This user only has access to Conversations and Contacts. This user cannot send Waves (mass messages) or edit Flows (campaigns).
