What are the different user permissions?

Super-User - Has all permissions, including billing and number management. This is the same level of permissions as the person who started the account. 

Organization Admin - Has all permissions except for billing and number management. This could be a team lead. Who needs to add or remove users.

Account Admin - Has all the permissions for a given phone number. Does not come with Organization level permissions. For example, this user can upload contacts but cannot add new users or phone numbers. 

Responder - This user only has access to Conversations and Contacts. This user cannot send Waves (mass messages) or edit Flows (campaigns).
