# What are the different user permissions?

## Each user can be created with different permissions. These are the permission sets we currently use.

**Super-User -** Has all permissions, including billing and number management. This is the same level of permissions as the person who started the account. 

**Organization Admin - **Has all permissions except for billing and number management. This could be a team lead. Who needs to add or remove users.

**Account Admin** **- **Has all the permissions for a given phone number. Does not come with Organization level permissions. For example, this user can upload contacts but cannot add new users or phone numbers. 

**Responder - **This user only has access to Conversations and Contacts. This user cannot send Waves (mass messages) or edit Flows (campaigns).
